Painted Teams For Sale

Hello-
In the last year of returning to the Blood Bowl fold I have gotten a bit out of hand in my spending. I went from having one painted team to 8 or 9. (With 2 more on the way. )

This doesn't include the unpainted models/teams that I have gobbled up in my insatiable hunger for all things Blood Bowl.

Anyway...my point is that I am coming to my senses a bit and realise that I now have more teams than I need. Some are painted very well and I was wondering if anyone was looking for a painted team. (Not sure I want to go the eBay route.)

Dark Elves, Chaos, and Skaven would be first on the list. Both the Dark Elves and Chaos teams are large rosters. The DEs have the full positionals and a coach(19 Models including the coach). The Chaos Squad has 12 Beastmen, three more with converted mutations, 2 Chaos Warriors a Mino and two of the 2nd edition stars. (Withergrasp and Bilerot.) The Skaven team is 13 or 14 strong with a Rat Ogre.

I also have a partially painted 2nd Edition Elf team (That includes a 1st edition Elf Defender (IIRC) and Elric Sidewinder...a full "NIB" 2nd Edition Human Team, and some other side stuff.

Anyway...if anyone is interested in seeing pictures PM me and I can get some out to you. I will also likely have one or two of these teams with me at GenCon. (Thus the GenCon bit in the subjet line. )

EDIT: Please read Very Well as Very Well...not as eBay's infamous auctions for "Pro Painted" teams/models/etc.. These are actually painted with skill and an eye for detail. (Not painted by me. )

I know that would be helpful, and is obviously a no-brainer. ..but I sort-of am doing this on a knee-jerk reaction and don't have any pics yet. Some will be coming shortly when I can borrow a friend's digital camera.

a ballpark price range would be nice.

So would a close up or 2 - just to see your painting style.

Oh, a list of painted players on each team for sale would also be interesting.

Pictures will be coming, but just to be clear...I am not the artist. I wish I painted half this well to be honest.

I also have not given price too much thought, that will come later when the pictures are there so that people know what we are talking about. This way no one has to decide on anything sight unseen.

Another Note...I mentioned GenCon in the initial mail because it will be the next tourney that I will be attending. However, these are not just limited to GenCon or North America. I will ship these to whoever wants them. (The buyer will bay for shiping.)

The Chaos team will be sold as a single unit. I actually just realised that I did not post the pictures of the Chaos Warriors, so I will take photos of the rest of the beastmen tonight and then also include the pictures of the warriors as well.

The Dark Elf team also has another three Blitzers, and other Thrower, a coach, and 10 DE Linemen. I will be adding pictures of them as well. This will also be sold as a team.

I have gotten a few PMs regarding the Skaven. I believe that one of the teams is already spoken for, so I may be selling the second team as well. Stay tuned for pictures of them.

As far as price range goes, nothing is set in stone, but I am thinking about $200.00 US for the Dark Elfs based on the size of the team and the paint job. I will want a bit more for the Chaos team given that it is also a large team, with a couple of conversions, and the paint job is a bit better as well.

Regarding the possible price of the Skaven, I'll do the same as I did with these two and wait until the pictures are posted.

Ok...here is the latest. I have put the entire team on one page for the two Skaven Teams and the Chaos team. For those of you that have asked for the Dark Elves...hang tight they will have a team page within the next couple of days...I just started to get tired and had to call it quits for the night. Anyway here they are...

By the way...There are a couple of linerats from Skaven #2 that missed the Photo Shoot...I have them here, but didn't notice that I didn't take their photos until I was posting them online.

Same goes for the Chaos Team. You'll notice that one Beastman appears in two photos, while two others didn't get photographed. There are 17 Total Chaos Players...I previously stated that there were 18. (2 Old School Star Players, 2 Chaos Warriors, 3 Mutated Beastmen, 9 Regular Beastmen, and the Minotaur)

I'll have to get that for you IceBox, as I have no photos of them yet. However...take "partially painted" with a grain of salt. What that means is...basically one painted player and a bunch of elves based, primed white, and with green pants. Oh yeah...and I think the flesh is started on a couple of guys. But seriously...thats about it. You know what...let me start with a photo of the painted player, and you can let me know if you'd like to see the rest.

Sounds just great! This must be my lucky day...

I have one deal set up and waiting with a decent price, but of coarse the cheaper I can get it the better since this is just a team I always wanted to have but most probably never will play in a tournament.

If just your team contains the models I want this could be better then expected. So please if not adding a photo, just let me know what models are included in the team. The poses can be dug out in a reference library!
