Well, LRB 4.0 is live as of PBeM 2.5, which is available from Gaak's site, so I'd suggest LRB 4.0.

Levinas as far as I know, the 2nd link in that thread gets you the team creator ini file..... which should be what you need ?

I've not tried to create a new team yet though, so if that is not the case, then I'm looking for more info too.
