RCN vs NBA play-by-email tournament!!!

Hi there!

I am looking for sign-ups for a new PBeM tournament, pitting the pure and noble members of the Reformed Church of Nuffle against the evil heretics of the Nuffle Blasphemer's Association.

The format with be thus:

Two divisions, each containing hopefully four teams (five if there is enough interest). Each division will be made up solely of teams from either the RCN or NBA. Teams will then play each team in the other division once. The top coach in the RCN division will then playoff against the top team in the NBA division to decide the ultimate champion!

Games will run simultaneously, and teams must be composed along the following lines:

- LRB 4.0 (overriding the pbem tool manually if necessary).
- 1,100,000 gold crowns.
- No winnings or SPPs earned; injuries do not carry over between games.
- Star Players may be purchased for their LRB 4.0 cost (the higher of the two).
- Teams start with 4 normal skill rolls and 1 doubles roll to distribute between their players. No player may be given more than one skill/trait.

NBA = Nuffle Blasphermers Association (we rock)
RCN = Reformed Church of Nuffle (they suck, like Nuffle)

You will need to be a member of one of these organisations to enter.

Ack; posted a long reponse to this last night, but it got lost just as TBB went down again.

Basically I said that will games being simultaneous, we can't add skills graduallly after each game, as you might in a normal tournament. I skill wanted to use skills though, as I feel they are a key part of coaching.

I would happily reduce the skills to 4, with one doubles roll, without a seconds though were people to favour that. Any further reduction would need slightly more discussion.
