Thralls & The Marauders

I noticed this on E-Bay.

It mentions "Human Thralls" and rules found in the "Blood-Bowl Compendium"

I've never seen anything about Thralls, is this in the earlier versions of Blood-Bowl board game??

I do have "The Marauders" human team, and did notice the players on
the box look abit pale.....which got me wondering about the Thralls thing.
I also noticed my Marauders came in a Warhammer box with slip over
blood-bowl cover and no transfers....is this normal?
And where/or what type of transfers do I use for thier numbering?

Note: in BB Mag #1: The Thrall was changed to AV 7.
