Correct ... Pass Block cannot be used if you are prone.

We had this discussion once ... basically all your skills/traits shut off when you are prone with only three exceptions that I can think off.

Jump Up, Thick Skull, Spikes

Note: I'm not counting Racial Chars because these are always in play.

If you play with the MBBL2 rules ... Trip Up should be added to the list.

can you put this in the october discussion review list the please Tom, as it isn't clear to me, if the guy isn't stunned he should be in a position to do something whilst everyone else is ball watching.

LRB 1.3 pp 12

While prone the player loses his tackle zone and may do nothing except stand up at a cost of three squares of his movement when he next takes an action.

So the rules look pretty clear at the moment.

Is an interception an action? note I didn't say is pass block an action as it is a skill. I would argue that an Interception is an action attempted in your opponents turn and if so you could use pblock as there are few restrictions on using skills in your opponents turn.

You have to declare it, and if it looks like an action, feels like an action and plays like an action, I would say it is an action.

I'll try to add it to the list ... but I think falls under the category of skill not work when you are prone unless they specifically say so.

I don't have any doubt but I can see that the rules are open to different interpretation - therefore they should be clarified.

As for snotlings I don't really care one way or another - but they'd probably be fun to play against.
