They're all second -- both from the reasons you've already deduced, and the fact that I've already bought some figures off the list and so both know that fact, and recommend dealing with the good Mr. Snots, from personal experience.

He is correct all the minis are 2nd ed. I thought the list would be obvious. I'll go edit the title.

I got both batches of Orcs. I also got the e-mail and will be in touch soon regarding that...I've been away from my e-mail/internet for a couple of days. The weekend was pretty much dominated by Eagles/Superbowl festivities, but now I'm back to the real game!

I just updated the list. A bunch of Skaven are winging their happy way overseas already and a motley crew of Elves/Dwarves/Skaven/CDs/Orcs/ Goblins/Norse and a Human ref to keep them from tearing themselves up before they get there are waiting to go.
