Oh, but that's just a little character sketch, an anecdote. I mean a STORY. Of course, plot has always been my real weakness, but I think with the synergies of everyone's involvement in this and the images of the rest of the team to work with, I should have more than enough fodder to create something.

Again, no promises. It may just be more short hits like his background fluff. But it could be more. I'll have to see.

And thanks for posting it to the list -- everyone who's read it so far has been really nice and complimentary.

Heh, I found my way here due to a search for pics - just in case you were wondering what it took to get me to post

The pics here are more then a good enough place to start my mind working - I spent the eve putting on the orange and white base coats and adding some details to the base, afterall, no Blood Bowl mini should be without an appropriately detailed base

The more I paint this guy, the more I begin to see a family resemblance to a certain Ogre coach....

Jaylazer will be getting his primed Ogre tomorrow, so he should be hard at work in no time as well!

I'm sorry I missed the basering question. You did well. Green or black is fine. Whatever you like to do.

X, my hooters girl has been basecoated forever but no further work has been done on her. I need to get her going. My friend has been working on her but he's been super busy.

I don't know what drew me to orange and white. I just thought it sounded good and, when I asked Norse for his it was already orange and white. I suppose it was destiny.

Oh yeah, the legend goes, he's either massive or just doesn't know what to do with it....

I went green - he'll get some static grass and some field lines tomorrow at some point.

Heh, I was hoping there'd be some resemblance, did the nose and Fu Manchu as well as his jock strap and some other bits and stretched out the torso to make him a bit bigger and skinner.

Don’t know if you can read his left fist – you can kinda read it on the angled shot – but the ring/brass knuckles says PAIN. I left the shield on his back blank so you can number him as you wish.

Hope he brings up the casualty score.

I’ll try to work out a brief story for him as well.

JK, I love the belly hanging over the belt. That's not me yet but, if my metabolism ever cuts off, it will be. The nose and the Fu look good! The crotch being so huge the armor plates don't fully protect it is just too funny. He's great!

He's number M. 1000 I suppose. Can you put that on his back plate?

Amazingly, even with the gut, he is a bit skinnier then the average Ogre.

A big slash marked M is on the back now.

..maybe I should have converted his helmet into a little leather cap for you, or put his arms up in the Y pose.. there's always next time!

Sweet.

I don't drink anything like I used to and I weigh more now. Weird. I do eat more than back then though. That may be it. My theory was that I was not going to ruin a $50 buzz on some $3 hamburger.
