50 GBP is way too much for a starting price, sorry.
We all know that Lizzie Cheerleaders have been appearing again on the tournament prize tables same as Res GRs ... so maybe 50 EUR, but not more ...

We'll have to see. I sold a Res. GR just last month for 50 GBP and that was not painted.Tim wrote:50 GBP is way too much for a starting price, sorry.

Its expensive, but I'll be honest. If I already didn't have an extra one that I'm painting for my brother as a Christmas present for the GD 2000 Lizardman team that he uses for playing Blood Bowl. I'd be willing to bid the 50 GBP she is asking.
The other side note is that I'd be willing to PayPal immediately 50 Euros for this guy (if she threw in free shipping) just to avoid having to paint the one for my brother.

Well she was much more reasonable for the 2nd piece of the team she put up for auction with her asking price at least I thought she was.GalakStarscraper wrote:For example ... I would actually bid pretty aggressively to win the musicians and other support staff as a present for my brother as I've never purchased them so far.

Yup was paying more fore the painted figs and the ref conversion than on collectibility. These will be christmas presents. $15 a figs for a decent paint job is around 3x metal costs for me ... so that's no such a bad price to me to avoid the brush.narkotic wrote:Ain't these plain WFB minis except the referee?

I wouldn't pay that for it, knowing that 90% of all Res Gutters in circulation were given away fro free. Maybe it's demand driven, but I'm still looking for one to get by trading.GalakStarscraper wrote:We'll have to see. I sold a Res. GR just last month for 50 GBP and that was not painted.

Appears I was right about getting more to split the team up.

Main team has a bid at 200 BPS.
Support Staff went for 60 BPS.
Tim and I have both said we'd pay 35 BPS for a cheerleader so we can safely assume that amount if she relists the cheerleader.
So that's 200+60+35+35 = 330 BPS for the team.
I could be wrong ... but I don't think she would have been able to get 330 BPS for the team as a single auction. That's roughly 600 US Dollars for those that don't do currency conversions in their heads.
