Titles says it all. :)

I am thinking about selling off a load of my old White Dwarfs* individually, but there would be little point if I had to pay the fees for each one that didn't sell. They are not exactly quick sellers! lol

* No, I am keeping all those with any reference to Blood Bowl.

You still pay the posting fee which is based on opening bid price.

Which was 15p for a WD starting at 49p... hmm, perhaps not worth the hassle. The few I did sell would just be paying for the ones that didn't sell, rather than making any profit... hmm. :-?

Cheers :D

Yes, after final value fees, posting fees and PayPal fees it makes no sense to start anything at a dollar or less. Unfortunately I've had to start working a little bit into my shipping and handling which cuts into the number of bids I receive but I try to give a volume discount to encourage multiple bids from the same buyers and because I know that shipping is the same for 1 mini or 6.

I might think that lots of 5 would sell nicely and would be fairly reasonable to ship.

Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I had figured adding the listing price into the P&P. Otherwise selling stuff for a couple of quid isn't really gonna be worth it.

One more thing. The final value fee explanation says:
The final value is the lowest successful bid. To calculate the Final Value Fee for your multiple item listing, calculate the Final Value Fee for a single item using the table below, and multiply by the number of items sold during your listing. You will not be charged a Final Value Fee if there were no bids on your item.
Does this mean if you sell five White Dwarfs in one batch r(ather than just one on its own) that your final value fee is five times higher? :-?

Cheers
Joe

That quote really looks like it's from the Dutch Auction section. Those are based on the lowest successful bid and then that's what all the items you're selling cost. Really simple but kind of confusing.

The answer is no. It's per auction or batch as you called it. One auction lot with 100 items in it is just one auction.

I've been selling on eBay for 5+ years. I really don't mind helping out. You can write me directly if you want. Just hit the email button below.

Thanks for your help, and for the offer of more help! If I think of anything... :)

Is it me, or is browsing "Help" sections on sites like eBay a real pain in the ass? lol :D

Help seldom is any. :) EBay's is particularly bad. I usually know what I'm looking for after blundering through it time and again so I tend to go to a website's site map and find what I'm looking for there. It's just easier to me.
