A collary to the question of "Dave how much did these cost you" ...gken1 wrote:actually...i was wondering how much it'd cost me to get this done myself

IE ... yeah that's what I meant.
However, I'm guessing that that solid silver plating is not a service that you just find on the corner. I did a quick web search and didn't really find anything I considered a solid hit for a service offering to do this. Didn't spend too long looking though.

I apreciate thatGalakStarscraper wrote:I'd agree to a GA Poul ... but I haven't even decided how much I'm willing to pay for these. If this seller makes several of these, its only a matter of time before we see more auctions and running each other up WAY high might seem silly 6 months from now looking back.Piepgrass wrote:Well i placed a high bid in hope of getting them
I guess a Ga is out of the question

Seems like i will have to fight for them anyway, since 2 others are bidding away on them.
I´ll just keep my fingers crossed that they dont hit my limit.

Well, yes, ehm, ok, i got two sets of them, too. You never knew, if someone will try his luck .... no, no chance, i will not bring them to a tournamentTraveller has a set as well based on looking at his website.

I was told from the seller, its a resin core and plated with silver like a jeweller would do it in a professional way. BTW I bought some smaller metall D6 and they are heavier than this "full silver " ones. I also have to say, that the dices are not perfect in shape. But still something worth for a collection.
I wish, i would knew someone, who can produce some perfect real full metall and heavy ones for me, the signs lasered into the metall
