Erm.. I have to make another up. The last one died with the computer and I haven't gotten around to putting it back together. I'll work on it tonight and post it here for all to see.

I still can't get over that. Funny sh*t. I think Gencon should by twice a year, so we don't have to wait so long to get together and make asses of ourselves. :P

I include myself in that group. At least I didn't claim to be massive. I claim to be slow. :P

It is twice a year ... but I haven't figured out how to get to California for the other one to run a GenCon CA Bowl ...

Hey Snots ... if I found the time to add an Ogre to the team would you want it???

Or are you down to just needing Goblins now. I was thinking of trying to do a caped version for your team like the one from my Iron Chefs.

Problem is I have a LOT of stuff to get finished before I could even think about starting this project.

Good point. Guess that's something you can do to entertain yourself the next time you're stuck in the mountains and have run out of bugs to squish.

Are you kidding?!? Of course I'd want an Ogre done by you. The whole excercise was to get an Ogre painted by each of my friends, using the same color scheme to kind of tie them together. Originally they weren't intended to be an actual team. I liked the way they felt though and I'll be using them as a team from now on but I still want more Ogres.

There are still lots of people I'd like to have Ogres from. I'm not offering anything for the jobs. I just want someone to do have a little fun with the project and maybe try something new. Your caped Ogre is a prime example. Now that's fun.

Oh yeah, last night I greenstuffed the Ogre Cheerleader's bra into a spaghetti strap teeshirt so I can turn her into a Hooters girl. :D

Brilliant, sir, positively brilliant!

Oh, can we give Dim the Unchanted the number 7 5/8? (That's seven-and-five-eighths). It's the helmet size he wears as a cup.

See ya!

 7 5/8 it is. You really have a good grasp of what this project is all about. Did you get a chance to read JJ the Goblin's bit of fluff Melfaxis wrote for him on page 4 of this thread? Genius!

For those who didn't get a chance to read it, here's what kwailung wrote for Dim the Unchanted. The Ogre I sent him has the Chaos Ogre head with the downturned horns.

Sum kall me ... Dim???

Dim the Unchanted, an ogre with the ability to summon
forth fire using only a stick that's already on fire.
After demonstrating this remarkable ability (it is
pretty rare for on oger) on the thatched roofs of
several (now former) remote villages, one town's
particularly brave speaker took it upon himself to
explain to Dim that one of his "obvious talents" would
better put his skills to use in the big city,
particularly on the Blood Bowl pitch.

When Dim appeared at the offices of the Orange and
White Dynamite carrying a flaming brand, thrusting it
at them and bellowing "Taaaa-daaaaa," the team's
management figured it was best to just suit him up and
let him play before he accidentally burned down the
offices, stadium or entire town.

I really like this project and all the really cool people I'm getting to interact with on a more personal level than the board here. Thanks a lot everyone who's taking part. Now I have to go order more Ogres. :o

That is freakin sweet wish I had thought of that first.
I'm working on my cheerleading squad now but I don't think it will live up to Hooters girls.

I thought Mel's stuff was particularly inspired! Maybe I can have some short fiction ready for you by the time I get Dim finished.

No promises, though.
