Block Dice on eBay

Post by Griff »

Just a quick one for those who may be bidding on these on eBay at the moment... you could save yourself some money by simply signing up at NAF and getting some snazzy pink ones free! Only costs $10 US, which is cheaper than the current bid! Of course, this is if you don't mind the pinkness... :P

Sorry to interact but I'm a newbie and I've been looking about bloodbowl for about 4 month now and I must admit that the only thing that has been preventing me from buying teams and making my own pitch was .......... dice
Indeed, nowhere we can find information about dice : it seemed to me that the only solutions were
1) GW Bloodbowl Complete box
2) EBAY.

This reply was just to say that for bloodbowl's veterans as you are, buying blocking dices at XXXX ($)€ is unbelievable but for newbie (not well informed) it is the only solution because GW don't make this information easily knowledgeable.....

I just discovered today (due to this fantastic forum) that blocking dices are sold separetely but they can't be found on the web shop of GW. Can anyone give me the part number please and is this part number available for europe (I'm french :D ).

Thank you again :D

hey Mel,

I bought one of the set's on ebay for $10 because I host bloodbowl at my house and we somehow lose dice. I know I'm missing 2 and a couple others are missing some. I know i've done a search on gamesworkshop online store and nothing came up with blocking dice or dice.

I'm already a naf member and don't need anymore of the colored ones. Just needed some white generic ones.....but if you guys got the link to the online store's bb dice it'd save me time in the future.

ken

You have to call GW-US Mail Order, they don't show up online.

The part number is 99359999016. They were $0.50 USD each a couple of months ago when I got 20 or so of them.

I wish you had asked at the tourney I could have just handed you some Ken

Actually, I'll throw a few in with the trophy when I mail it :D

Hi All,

Just called UK Games Workshop mail order and they confirmed that they don't sell Blocking Dice separately :(

Anyone in the US want to set up a Mail Order Block Dice Kartel?

So, Ebay and Joining the NAF seem to be the best way of getting hold of them....

Regards,
Steven

Phone them again and quote the part no. They do indeed sell them seperately (unless there's been a recent policy change that I'm unaware of). You may have got a 'Really Stupid' MO Troll.

But join the NAF anyway!

One of my favourite shops in a neighbouring city sells blocking dice for 3 Euro apiece. They have several dozen. Would that be a good price?

What I saw on this forum is that GW US sells blocking dice at 0.5$ per unit...
3€ the dice is a bit expensive but it could be a solution! I'm surprised that you can find shop that sells bloodbowl stuff because it's really scarce!

[Edit] Euh, in fact after an afternoon of web surfing it appears that german sellers are numerous to sell bloodowl stuff whereas in France noone do that.... But sellers that have bloodbowl dice are scarce : I will take the adress of your shop if you have it. Thank you.[/Edit]

Yeash I just got confirmation via an email from the UK GW people, and they are all out. They even said the only place to get them is thru the NAF now. But I will wait til I get an email back from the US GW people. Oh, and I also did a serach on the US GW store for that part number (99359999016) and it came up with nothing.
