Slater's Plastikard Moulded Plastic Alphabets

For people looking for the Slater's Plastikard Moulded Plastic Alphabets Deathwing used at the bases of his Walkyries, here the link again:

I just repeat this here as the original post isnt easy to find and hard to search, too.

Just in case someone need this stuff, too.

I post a pict of the letters, as i got my order from UK and there are no picts at the slater website, how this things look like ! I used some letters on my Dugout already... for a picts look at other posting if interested.

Those are 3mm numbers on the Valk bases...just about perfect.

In North America I have had some luck with Clock numbers. And a lot of Home Improvement stores carry them. Finding the small size however is a challenge. Most everything else I have found are water slide decals, which of course just aren't the same.

I am going to check a Toy Train store near my home and let you know, I am going there to get some flock and see if they have anything that looks like snow.

Just made a mistake, and bought 1.5mm numbers. Bit too small. I would go with 3mm

Although, thinking about that, shipping would be twice what the letters cost...

Seem a bit pricey. I ordered from Slater in the UK, postage was cheap and delivery was quick.

For anyone based in London, 4D modelshop in the East End is great for stuff like this. They do the Slaters letters plus a bunch of other useful stuff:
