Shipping from Europe
I've won one figure, one of the Goff Rokkers, for 67p (1 EUR or so) and now the person is telling me shipping is SIX euros. Tell me they're taking the piss.
This is for one model, Germany to the UK... how much should postage be?

Seems odd:
one mini within a padded/bubble envelope costs 2.50 Euro from Germany to UK. It is sent by airmail automatically (you can add a further 0.30 Euro for the Envelope).
Sending it as a small parcel would cost 8.20/12.30 Euro, so he's definitely not confusing the prices.
Maybe he just don't know and want to be on the sure side, maybe he just wants to squeeze you out bc you won it for so cheap.
I got overcharged by UK-ebayers 50% of the time. Single mini postage that got 0.92 GBP stamps on it cost me usually 1.50-2.50 GBP "Shipping and handling". But this case is gross abuse.

It may well be six euros. I sent one miniature from Finland to USA and it was about six euros. It depends on how big the envelope will be. At least it is the case in Finland. However, in my case I was too careful and packed the miniature really well and it made the envelope too thick to be sent as normal letter, so I had to pay for parcel or something. I think the envelope was more than 5 cm thick.
If I had sent the miniature without additional packing it would have costed much less. So it was my mistake. Next time I'll make sure that it will be cheaper.
But anyway, I can't say what is the case in Germany. If the miniature is huge it may be 6 euros, but if it is not, then maybe there is cheaper way to send it.

Sorry, but you're talking of a different country. US postage is for example 50% cheaper than in Germany. Skandinavian countries are known to be the most expensive in Europe on the other hand.
I sold several single minis to UK buyers and charged them 3.00 Euro and send them via airmail in a bubble envelope.
Edit: in Germay international envelopes are no longer valued by their thickness, only by their weight and dimensions.

Sending one mini within Germany costs max. 1,44 Euro postage.

Yeah, Tojorub sent me the ticket to the BB from Germany, and it all went for 3€ and came in a week. Yes, ok, it was some sheets of paper, but if the weight is not much, that of a single mini, i think it should be the same!

sorry to say my sister (anon to protect her account) always hikes up the postage AFTER the wining bid when she sells. I am thus very keen to stop this as I think its unfair on the buyer. I thus would never buy anything on ebay unless it specifies a fixed P+P price for shipping. If thats the case give them neg feedback till they bleed

Germany to UK
I'd have to say he's asking too much however in saying that getting stuff from Germany to the UK is bloody expensive at the best of times! Its the way their system is unfortunately. Thats why if the evil Mother-In-Law is coming over we have her bring stuff over with her that we've won by auction within Germany. 6€ sounds too much but I've paid €4 as standard from quite a few sellers in Germany

In cases like this where someone is obviously abusing the postage rates etc. It is good to post feedback to let others know this persons tactics. like has been said many times before buyers beware. ALWAYS ask postage before hand if not specifically posted. Sorry this happened
. My gfriend works for a company that does internet transactions and just becanme a part of e-bay and she hears this all day. <well listens to people talk about listening to people who hear this all day
