Throw Team Mate and Secret Weapons

Can a player armed with a secret weapon be thrown? I'm thinking along the lines of a pogostick here rather than a chainsaw.

I am sure the answer is yes, they lose the beneifts of stunty for carrying the weapon, but it doesn't affect Right Stuff.

If I had to rule on it I'd say the opposite: Right stuff is a side effect of being Stunty, so if Stunty is negated so is the Right Stuff. Why would a Big guy pick up a player with a Chainsaw or a Fanatic?
