IMO, that is a failing of society today. I think if more pricks got punched in the face earlier in thier life, there wouldn't be so many goddamn pricks in the world. Why do you think we have so many 12 year old jackarses around? Because A) you can't fight at school anymore and B) They hang out on the internet where there is no physical repercussions.

In your shoes, I would have taken the minis, given him his money, and then punched him in the face, with the promise of another of I saw that picture back on e-bay. I am a big guy, so that generally works as a deterrent. And I am probably older then both of you. (Firebreather, and Underdog)

As for getting in trouble, it is your word vs. His and in our country it isn't going to fly in court if he came to my house and then claimed I hit him in the face. Further if it still went to court, I would explain his alleged activities and accuse him of framing you for being sore about losing the mini's.

I agree to some extent, but if you punch a prick in the face you are the one who goes to gaol, not him.
