Sneak Peek of the new Human Thrower

I like it overall, though it's still a wee bit too medieval looking to make it perfect, needs bigger shoulder pads :D. Nice detail and pose though.. Thumbs up overall ;)

a little bit too "heavy" armoured IMO...
In spite of this, I think the rest of the team will be almost great...

A step to the right direction. The throwing arm looks somewhat odd IMHO.

I wonder if that thing he's on is 25mm. If so, he's pretty big though I hear there's some "shrink" when they cast them so he may be the right size when he's done. I think I like him though.

This guy looks like he's about to get pounded and he knows it. The only change I'd make is his left arm. It should be straight out, maybe the finger should be pointing.

His left arm is a bit weird for a throwing pose indeed... I guess he's just about to dump off and die...

All in all I really like this guy.

Sure you're not confusing the thread on the ball for his fingers???

He looks good to me. Arm included

Torg like!

Too bad it will be at least a year before we ever see them in the stores. Oh well, another human team to add to my collection.

Seems a pretty awkward throwing pose. Guess I'll have to do some bending to mine when I get one I like the overall look. No stupid animal heads on the shoulder pads, yay.

Art imitates life. Looks great, though I just know that elbow spike is going to cause some finger-pain at some point. The biggest problem GW has with this "action pose" philosophy they're using now is that still frames of people in the act of throwing a football often look unnatural and uncomfortable.

It's a great throwing pose imo. Finally a thrower that looks like he's about to throwing the ball and not just holding it over his head, like most of the 2nd and 3rd Ed minis.
