EBay cares a shit, as long as you don't try to get cash from their buyer protection offer. Actually EBay earns as much from a black sheep as from a good seller. So the only thing you can do is fulfill all the prerequisites from the buyer protection program and then ask EBay to hand some cash over.

I'll put money down that he doesn't even OWN the mini's. He simply d\l'd the picture from another much older auction and has been reusing it, for his own gain. Maybe he even makes his living by doing that with a different account name for each sale.

next time we see his auction, we should make a couple fake id's up and bid a shit ton with 2 ids'...................just drag out payment for a month and he'll get burned on ebay fees!!

Well, I meant to imply that he probably has a few different auctions going other than BB. He probably keeps them somewhere in the mid price range as not to attract too much attention, but large enough to make a pretty good sum of money on. He probably has a beanie baby one, and a Btech one, and a couple other obscure one's (maybe not a Beanie baby one, come to think of it, those buyers are true fanatics.)

Make sure you leave him bad feedback with the fake account.

Ebay bieng seller friendly would end up refunding the listing fee when he filed the non paying bidder.

That's sad. But I guess you should only do business with the well established people on the board, most (if not all) are pretty good people and wouldn't screw someone over for a mini or whatever. I've done many trades/sales with people on this board and never had any problem, but that's just me.
