Hum, my 2 cents... the guy sent me an email since I bid on the lot in order to sell them to me. It wasn't a "second bid offer", just a deal out of Ebay. Of course, I refused. The thing stopped here.
btw: this has nothing to see with it, but Snots, I sent you a pm... Have you still got your pm problems? If needed, I should send you an email

Using a lot of emails addresses is a real pain when you've got something like wind in your head :) ...

One thing you can do is get his email address by nonchanlantlly sending a message of how upset you are with a copy sent to yourself. BOOM! You got his email. Now go to every page that offers advice, mortage, viragra or what have you and put in his email address. I suggest you wait about a month as to not look to suspicious. If you want to prevent the same thing happening to you just set up a dummy hotmail account and ebay account to get his. Two wrongs don't make a right but it feels sooooo good.

EBay doesn't do squat! I gave them the old auction number, unfortunately I didn't save a copy of the auction, and all the guys personal information. They just politely thank you and say they can't do anything.
I've been out of town and was surprised to see that a TBBer has won this. I know you say you know what you're doing. I have very strong feelings about what this guy is doing. Please do not give up any cash till you see the minis.

i´m just wondering, what happening here right now... there must be at last three persons here, ripped off by this seller, and ebay cant do anything against it ?
If three person mail the same story, with all the facts ... there must be enough facts to do something against this seller ? ebay should be happyto get the possibility to nail a " black sheep" at last ?
You guys never reported your story to ebay, when it happend to you ? Until now I wrote ebay about three not paying sellers to get the my fees back and to report the bad guys...
