Horns and Piling on

Hi guys,

Scenario: Beastman blitzes with Horns at Strength 4, then decides to use Piling On.

Does he use his base strength of 3 or the Horns strength of 4?

I'd say S4 because you are charging at the opponent and it's all one action.

Opinions?

You only add 3 to the roll. Horns only adds +1 to the player's ST for purposes of Blitzing, not for anything else.
