Patch 7.1 is out.

Added a partial handicap table with 20 results and the ability to customize the handicap table using a handicap.ini file. See the readme.txt section 54 for full details.

Added two new injury sounds. Now there is a KO sound, and BH/SI sound, and a RIP sound.

I'm off to Canada for a week of snowboarding!!
So I won't be around for bug reports. Hopefully if something bad is found in this release, people will keep playing test games so that when I get back I can fix all problems in this release at one time. Thus avoiding possible b, c, d, etc versions. And if the problems are found in the handicap table results it is possible to disable the offending results, or disable the entire handicap table.

Earlier in the FUMBBL IRC channel, Ski said that he'd mistakenly packaged the wrong .JAR in the patch for 7.1, so if you downloaded it earlier, it may be a good idea to go back and re-get it now. I got it from http://javabbowl.no-ip.org, but he said all the mirrors should be updated properly before he left.

Have fun snowboarding, Ski. :D

FINALLY

:D :D

Don't you wish you just had to edit an INI file and throw a new patch in a directory like me, BMM?

I find that everytime I upgrade I need to re-add the Nurgling and Gnome teams to my icons.ini and positions.ini files.
Am I doing something wrong, and if not can these be incorporated in future patches?

I generally don't add in completely unofficial teams. Email me your ini files and I might put them in the next patch. :)

7.2b patch out BTW. Fixes another problem with Greased Shoes.

Hey, Ski: Maybe it's time to get this topic locked up and start a new one? It's already at a billion pages and over 400 replies.

That's fair - its just a problem because FUMBBL uses them, despite their unofficial status.

Patch 7.3 is out.

Couldn't update the rr.com site from here so get it at geocities or
javabbowl.no-ip.org.

Fixes Greased Shoes turning AG to 0 when it wears off.

You can now left click the player's name in the selected player view to unselect and/or end a players move.

Fixed a problem where Bribe the Ref 2 might incorrectly work twice.

Added a new directory "/pics/iconssmall". This contains a complete set (minus Nurgle's Rotters) of small icons that will be used with the "small field" option.
