And yet again

Funny how it sold last time for $203 to a new ebayer with no feedback. THen the seller gave them a positive but still thought it nessary to relist the auction. hmm? After trying 4 times maybe more this guy is still not willing to break up the auction or sell it for less then he wants. I think $200 is quite a good sell but apparently not enough for him.

$200 is too much IMO...

Anything I say is totally opinion and (knowing my luck) probably completely wrong. Keep this in mind.

Full history:

1st (Oct 9th)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 3147825262 (1.99 starting w/reserve ... got $480 and buyer didn't pay)

2nd (Nov 6th)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 3152399901 (1.99 starting w/reserve ... got 178.50 which didn't met his reserve)

3rd (Nov 18th)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 3154835020 (0.99 startin no reserve ... got 203.50 and left positive feedback to the buyer)

4th (Dec 3rd)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 3158808968 (299.00 starting ... no bid yet)

I'm beginning to wonder what happened.

We'll see if I get a response to my PM to the seller:
I have to ask as your auction of this item is becoming a small legend at talkbloodbowl.com. First you sell it for $480, but bidder stiffs you. 2nd, reserve auction goes for $178.50, no reserve met you don't sell. 3rd, no reserve auction goes for $203.50 and you left the buy positive feedback. So I have to ask ... did you have duplicates or how is that this stuff is back again for a 4th time with a starting bid price significantly higher than the 2 previous ending amounts? If you don't want to answer, that's fine, just wondered how this stuff is for sale again, if you left positive feedback for the buyer after your third attempt?

I think you missed the wording in the auctions. ... I think this guy is just recycling a single image and selling duplicates of all this stuff.

In that first auction he says he paid 120 for the painting of the Elf and ORC teams ... the 360 I think is supposed to be how much he spent on buying everything in the auction (see it says including painting ... the 120 number is higher up in the text). Now its 180 spent for painting of an Elf and HUMAN team.

Hopefully this guy will email back, but I think he's got dups and just isn't willing to take a new picture of this new auction (ie ... I think the stuff he is selling this time IS different than the previous 3 auctions)

You may think so but I'd say that he's shill bidding to try and drive the price up and getting stuck with it all again and again.

he's definitely an idiot. I think he's bidding on his own crap too. those pro-paint jobs look like crap...not even based.

With all of the trouble he is going through he could have broke up the auction and sold it all by now. Galak i would like to beleive this is actually a new item but can't bring myself to with this guys history.

Response from the seller on this auction:
1st time i sold it but buyer never contacted me so non bidding payer
program
2nd time it don't get the reserve
and third time buyer who is a friend of mine is suddenly in trouble by
divorce so he payed me for
the trouble so it's here the 4 th time :)
nice to become a legend on your forum hahahaha.
but moest people say to me hey yout too expensive so i just bid on one
dungeonbowl that one
goes now for 66 $ and than you have to pay 16 or 30 dollars depending
where
you live to
send it. So i'm not that expensive and the two teams were painted by
and old
white dwarf prize winner
so this is the story you cvan put that on your forum haha.
Regards Patrick

Nice of him to still let a friend who suddenly got into trouble pay...
Or to not sell it to the friend directly, for that matter.
