Npe, that's a real character. The rules are on Galak's site.

I was actually going to play this character when my Barbarian died in the last campaign, but despite the git taking on the biggest and baddest monsters he could find, he always survived

its much different than the one that was on Galaks website,
well atleast in the looks of the card, I am sure the rules are the same.
