Throw team mate and pass

can somebody pass the ball and throw a teammate in the same turn?

nope.
Throwing the teammate counts as the team passing action for this turn and only one passing action is allowed per team turn.

What about this : do you get a completion SPP for accurately throwing your team-mate ? Should be, I think...

You dont get Spps for this.

However we believed you should ,so use it as a house rule

Nah, only if you have another Big Guy with the Catch Team-Mate skill who successfully catches him.
