Rerolls and limits

There's a lot of discussion about ways to burn extra cash, is there really anything stopping a team giving it away if that's what they want to do?

This came up in our league recently and I said just give it away if you don't want it to which I was told this can't be done.

Seems to me there's plenty of ways round this anyway so it might as well be legal. Of course I'd rather get something useful out of my cash but there are leagues where freebooting is not allowed.

Thats pretty much how I feel. If there are ways to do it already you might as well open the flood gate.

But I am always for some on the pitch justice to such tactics. I would love to see a team that throws away a good deal of money to suffer a few deaths in their next match.
