I think the term is loosely applied to any mini the seller thinks looks pretty good.

PROstitution must be slowing down these days if so many of them have to paint to make ends meet

well the minis alone are worth around 70$, the two cases about 5$ each ...

So the price is OK. Only thing you need to add is about 1$ worth of pro paint stripper
