I've seen them occasionally. I'm not sure why they were made or how rare they are though. this is only the second or third time I've seen the coins though. I do know that there are at least 5 different coins. I only know anything about them because of an suction that had about that many different ones in it. Went higher than my bid or I'd probably know more. :-?

There's a Yahoo Groups Citadel_collectors_forum somewhere. I have a link at home. E-mail me if you want it. They're a great source of info and a lot of the huge resellers you see on eBay frequent there as well as Orclord and a few others from the Stuff of Legends website. You should go ask them. When I was frequenting there, it was a well run and mature acting board. No flames or BS. I don't know anymore, though, since it's been a while since I've been there.

I can't vouch for the warhammer, though it does soundlike the kind of self-righteous crap that the GW blokes would do for the WFB re-launch..

The coins were given away if you attended certain "road-shows" which GW organised all over the UK.. each show had a different coin associated with it, so I think there are probably 12 in the full set, maybe less...

Hope this helps..

I have one of those warhammers. Back when the current edition of warhammer came out, they gave you one if you preordered the game.
