Advanced Dark Elf team needs a help :)
Well, my Delfies have reached TR210 (Fumbbl strength of 233), but I'm still having great problems playing them. I've basically narrowed it down to having too many one/two skill players and no outstanding players (skill wise).
Team currently has 0k in the bank, an apothecary, 3 re-rolls and a fan factor of 13, team looks like this....

First thing I can think to do is to give Sure Hands on my blodge Witch Elf (sitting on 15 SPP).. Any other advice to progress the team, perhaps drop a couple of players to drop my TR?

I think your team has good potentials.
My advice is to try to score more with your blitzers and witch elves so that they get more spp.
And i would not have given sure hands to a normal witch elf as they are offensive players meant to be blocking.
Take skills like tackle, side step, possible piling on on a double.
Also get dodge on those blitzers, thats very important IMO.
And you should sack that double niggling blodger of yours.
He is not worth saving on as he dont have anything special.
Oh yeah, and you should get some throwers.

Yeah, agree with Asmodan there. Side Step for the witch and sack the double niggler.
Do not fire your other niggler as the ST is too valueable on a DE team. This was advice I got before and I don't regret following it.
The SPP's are nicely spread out (the majority of the Lineelves nearing 2 skills, right?) and your team is ready to hire it's first thrower. But first, get another TRR while playing with the lower TR that benefits the sacking of your injured player.
Don't worry about the Blitzers and Witchelves. They'll start soaking up SPP automatically once they are blodgers and from then on it will go fast!

Nice team, twice ST & AG increases boy I'd love that!
I'd:
drop the double NI too,
buy another RR then the thrower,
get leap for the AG5 blitzer,
then take some side step and don't forget to have a dirty player or two

cant say i agree about buying reroll before thrower as it takes time to get that money and a rookie thrower is very vulnerable on a high tr team.
I would have bought the thrower then reroll and then a thrower.
And definetly give your ag5 blitzer leap as the next skill

don't take sure hands on the witch unless she's the primary ballcarrier AND your league is rife with strip ball. otherwise there are about 10 better skills for her, cheif among them being leap, sidestep, or tackle. doubles = dauntless.
other than that just keep building.

They are quite bruised but not hopeless. Why not keep the team but pretend that you're starting up a new team? Play like you would with a rookie team, keeping away from danger and hunting experience for the unskilled linemen. Fire your double nigglers as soon as you can afford linemen to replace them. You do have some skilled positional players that can protect your new investments (that AG5 blitzer harassing the opposing ball carriers surely will get all the attention), as well as RRs to back you up.

Oh. I see. If you got -3 modification last time, the guy you played must have had very low FF indeed. If you play in an open-style challenge league, you could always try to play opponents with high FF.
Otherwise, well, you would drop below 200 TR by sacking one of those double nigglers, right? If you got rid of both and dropped well below 175 TR, even that might be an option, even though it would leave you with 10 players on the team.

Couldn't resist the temptation to offer a few words.
It seems (to me) that your strategy is to get blodge linemen and dwarf longbeard-like blitzers.
A more viable strategy IMHO would be to do the reverse, i.e. develop longbeard-like linemen and blodge blitzers. Then develop the blitzers with skills like leap, sidestep, jumpup, stripball, dauntless, piling on.
Tackle really doesn't help when getting blocked.
Just my two cents.

Total agreement with Wesleytj. I can't believe you don't have a thrower. I have heard that some DE's don't use throwers and I need to know why. They are Elves! Throwing game not running game. My DE thrower has picked up AG +2 and can now hit the eye of a needle. Get one even two. Give the 2nd thrower Dump Off and place him next to your main thrower.
Guard lineman used to protect them, not in front line. Lose the Niggler and use what pace you have to score. Key, develop a decent throwing game.
