Bouncing ball
If a player from the moving team does a Block at the ball carrier and the ball scatters to the blocker or another member of his team and the playe is unable to catch the ball and it lands to a empty square. Is it a turnover? Under turnovers it is not mentioned but on page 14 under Turnovers it is not clearly stated.

Asmodan. I have no doubt a lot has been deleted. In this case however it could have been found.
viewtopic.php?t=7265&highlight=bouncing+turnover
searchquery was bouncing and turnover.
There it is.

I did actually look at the rules FAQ and noticed quite a similar question, but thought that the situation is a bit different if you are in contact with the ballcarrier with with one of your own player compared to when your just pushing someone else on the ball. Just splitting hairs, but as this is GW game logic does not get involved too often.
Also looked at old threads, but not with the search engine. Still cant quite crasp the idea of it being in existance.
We have a group of newcomers to the game starting to play so different no-brainer-question are bound to rise up, but in the future I'll try to remember the search engine.

I didn't think it was, I don't have time to look up the rules now but I thought a space was occupied only if another player was stood in it. At least that's how I've always played it.Draco wrote:Remember that you can only push another player on the ball if there is no other empty space to push him to! The space where the ball is is considered occupied.

The short answer is "no", but it is a qualified "no" because there are odd ways of interpreting the question which could justify the answer "yes".
