so, i f i drop a line to good 'ol fanatic@games-workshop.com, or whatever it is, they're not going to tell me the way that it should be done then?
i mean, sure, it hasn't been reviewed expressly by the illuminati, but it's probably the sort of thing where there is something more concrete than one man's opinion... i would expect that there is at least some good old-fashioned "the way most people do it is...."
hell, i think i'm starting to miss the old days of the oberwald and consensus procedure...
i guess it's a good thing i don't actually _play_ bloodbowl anymore...

Andy's not going to give you an official ruling, plain and simple. Even if he prefaces it with "most people," he'll only mean "most people around here."
Really, this is a non-issue for now. Play it as it makes sense in your league! "Official" matters only during a tournament.
Remember that not every rule can be spelled out. This one is a bit of an oversight, perhaps, but the TTM rules specifically mention turnovers only connected to the thrown player holding the ball. Anything else, as far as I'm concerned, is therefore not a turnover; and if you're playing in my league, that's the way it goes.
(And the Halflings and Gobbos rejoiced...and the Orcs, too.)
I think I'll recuse myself from anything else on this thread, as I've spelled everything out already.
May your TTM rolls all come up 6s!

Just one more question . . .
Why on page 25 of the bloodbowl handbook in the grey box does it state under landing modifiers:
Attempting to land after a scattered throw -1
But this doesn't appear in any of the new text about TTM.
Just Wondering.
