[Blood Bowl] Idea for a quick tournament (opinions needed)

Our local (and admitedly small) runs a year-long perpetual league divided into 2 parts: the "N.A.B.B.O." league proper and a "Chaos Cup" knock-out tournament to wrap things up.

We use the LRB6/CRP ruleset (with the exception that the league comissioner forbids wizards and MVP are awarded to the player of the coach's choice). Teams evolve during the league (naturally) and they can be used in subsequent seasons.

A couple of days ago I had an idea for an additional event, a quick tournament of sorts to put a "finishing touch" on this year's season, and would need some feedback as the prizes are a bit sui generis (admitedly inspired by the Lustrian Challenge...).

Format: Swiss System 1-day 3-game tournament. *Not* ressurrection-style.

Teams: each coach can field 1 team (either a team that has run the season or a fresh TV1000 team). Open to all races.

Inducements: LRB6/CRP no restrictions, Star Players come and go.

Prizes:
Overall Winner - +1MVP, +1FF, and the home-made star player 1
Most Violent Team - +1MVP and the home-made star player 2
Worst Team - a Snotling "star player" to teach the team a thing or two

The "home-made star players" would be unique to this tournament and can be added to the permanent roster of the team (and add to the team's TV) and accompany it during the subsequent season.
They cannot skill-up but can be permanently damaged (even killed) and can be permanently traded for an assistant coach.
On the subsequent tournament new custom-made star players would be created as prizes. This year's would vanish at the end of the season, barred from playing in the tournament that originated them.

This year's "prizes" would be:

Sounds like fun!

Although, even with 'no hands', the first starplayer is QUITE good. Maybe substract the regeneration..?
Because the second one is 'bad', the bloodlust (although fluffy) makes me NOT want to field him.

I like the idea, maybe give the TTV 1000 guys a bonus, like 'one of your players of the new team is the leader, so has the leader 'skill'. Maybe that can level the playing field a bit, and gives them the idea they have a chance.
No idea how much your average TV is though.

Perhaps make Victor Shade AG3 (with points reduction) instead of 4 would even things up?

Lunatic Logan I initially had MA7 but thought it would be too much. Perhaps that would make him slightly better?

No, it's the bloodlust that makes me NOT want to field him.

And the AG4 on the first player is fine, he has no hands after all. It certainly makes the hypnogaze worth it (3+). Otherwise I wouldnt bother with that one also.

Can you share/inform us why you want to field THESE players? Why these stats, fluff, etc?

There's a couple of miniatures from Otherworld that I am a bit keen on (and would like a shot at painting) so, in the end, it was a case of "what rules would fit these miniatures?". They are:

I'd say the "bloodlust" fits him, no?
