No decals or bases; these are the 1994/ 3rd edition models (Skavenblight Scramblers, all figures present).... 3x Linemen are bare metal, as well as one Gutter Runner; One Lineman has a previous paint job (fair); all others are primed white-ish with the beginnings of a blood-red paint scheme. My suggestion is to strip them all with pine-sol and re-paint....
