After drifting away from bloodbowl and miniature gaming for the past 3 years, my interest was recently rediscovered when I moved to a new town and found out there was a very active league near by. To increase the fun, I'm planning to attend a tournament in November, and refuse to take anything but a newly created team to a tournament (Trying to win best painted with the same team twice feels lazy to me). I have a pretty obsessive desire to never use stock models and always have a team that stands apart from others.
This time, I decided to give underworld a try. I am a *huge* skaven fan, and they look like a really fun team that I can also apply my undying skaven 13-worshiping warpstone everywhere mojo too. I despise modeling biological mutations, though, and decided to go for a robotic clan Skryre inspired team. The overall vibe of the team is meant to be very fun and light hearted, on the cartoonier side of bloodbowl that I've always enjoyed.
So here they are! I'd love as much positive and negative feedback as anyone can give (especially the negative, which I find very helpful)! If you want to see some larger images, you can view the album HERE
I'm a slow painter, but will hopefully be starting the next week or so, and have to have them all done by November's tourny!
Warpstone Troll: Love this guy. The robotic black ork rock driller brought the pitch!

Skirttar Stab Stab: A standard star player model on this team would make me cry, so I had to make a stabbing skaven to fill the slot. Still trying to design a Fezglitch

Storm vermin: What I consider a good mix of still being skaven sized but looking beefier than the other skaven

Throwers: Happy with the extra arms, even though it's pretty over the top.

Linerats: As with my first two goblins, I wish I'd been more ambitious and creative with these guys... Oh well

Goblin 7: My absolute favorite of the bunch, will someday be a sneaky git + dirty player if I have any luck =)

Goblins 4 + 5: Two heads and inspector gadget. Possibly too goofy, but I'm still happy with them

Goblins 3 + 4: A blend of goofy tech and blending in that I'm very happy with.

Goblins 1 + 2: My first two goblins that I'm not a big fan of. Was too cautious with the conversions, as they were my first.

Thanks for taking a look! I'd love to hear what you think (especially the negatives!)
