A friend of mine is trying to log in again after a long time.
It says his account has fallen into disuse.
How does he request for his account to be reinstated?

reinstating accounts

I am the friend he was talking about. I resorted to opening a new account because although the site says to contact the moderators, you can't unless you're logged in.

Problem might have been the person really needed to be asked was JohnnyP and getting him can be tricky at times.
