I need to know what the changes are from the blood bowl and death zone in rules and all of the big guys added in, if you could please tell me either where to go to get these new changes or tell me them i would apppreciate that.

Just Download the Living rulebook from the GW website,
Chaos Dwarves got 0-2 Bull centaurs added to the roster and can hire 1 minotaur ally.

ok thank you very much, can you tell me what the stats are for the minataur and the bull centaur, and can the chaos dwarfs hire any blunderbusses besides the star player one?

There are no extra secret weapon rules (yet), so the only Blunderbuss is the Star Player.
