Slowly but surely I'm adding to the team, these ones are finished and there's quite a few more in various stages of painting to follow:

Secret weapons, coaching staff, another troll and some skaven still to come....

These are some of the best BB teams I've seen. Awesome work and a great inspiration! Thumbs up! I might steal the NG idea at a later time. I love it when great conversions, great colour choices and superb painting skills comes together like this.

It's a helmet - from a LotR troll I believe - I'm sure it will look fine once it's painted......

I'm sure it will too. :D

Only asked because I bought the very same troll for my orc team and it needs a helmet. :)

Too bad it's LotR stuff, was hoping it was some barrel from an ogre kit or some such that I could scavenge from mates.

Had a pretty productive weekend and painted up all these guys for the Underworld team:

Some secret weapons:

And some of the coaching staff:

So almost done now, I think the colour scheme works really well (even though I hate painting yellow!) and the conversions came out ok..... Any comments or suggestions appreciated

Almost finished this team, here's another troll (this one's been converted a bit):

And a couple of albino skaven blitzers with extra heads and stuff:

And a couple of linerats with a thrower:

Just another thrower and a skaven stat player to go....

I am not a fan of the new linerats for BB, but the albino blitzers are some of the nicest ones I've seen so far.

Kick off return was my idea :)

So after quite a bit of hard work on this team it's finally finished. I found it quite hard to do all the small conversions and keep going with a colour scheme that I didn't particularly enjoy painting onto 25 or so models! I now know there are much quicker colour recipes for yellow, even though this one looks quite effective.....

So the last two players:

(Quite like this conversion):

And the team in all it's glory:

So pretty happy how this lot turned out all in all. Now onto the next commissioned team, here's a WIp of the colour scheme:

More to follow......

So I'm really happy with how the colour scheme for this Chaos team is turning out and had a go at the minotaur. Sometimes it's just fun to paint a bigger model:

The blue skin seems to work pretty well with the purple and black. Any suggestions?

Yes, like the blue....
Maybe the silver could be a different colour - it sort of merges into the blue a bit on the shoulder pad. Not so much on the other elbow guards etc (maybe due to ratio of silver to black edging?).
Maybe a bronze to contrast a bit, or a pale metallic pink?
Something that stands out a bit more.....

Good advice, the client agrees with us both, so I've made a few adjustments to the armour to make it "jump" a bit more.

Here's an update of some beastmen and warriors for this team, first four beastmen:

And a couple of warriors (these look better IRL - I probably shouldn't have taken such a close close-up!):

This team's finally done, and I think looks pretty good and well unified with the colour scheme chosen by the client:

I've got quite a few more ideas for BloodBowl teams, some of which I've already started converting (I'm hopelessly addicted and love rummaging through my bitzbox) but will take a break from Bloodbowl for now as I focus on some Fantasy stuff........
