I think this talk of vendors is a great idea and I'm in agreement with the point that it might just take time for the word to get out that the NAF Championships would welcome all comers as far as FF miniatures goes. Very unfortunate that it falls on the same weekend as the UK Games Expo but maybe next year. Could be a very good addition to the weekend indeed.

Here's a thought - if I were running a tournament this year I'd probably want to put a poster up advertising my tournament. Will there be a space for this? Tournament organisers - bring posters!
