heres my 2 bits...i play the game. i paint the figures. i use the figures. i buy just about every thing ff/bb in miniature i can get. been doing so scince gw stoped the paper players(still got those too). don't tell my wife, but i'm well over 1000 figures now(why the hell do i have 2 and a half high elf teams?. but for all my figures, there are a few i can't get without spending a retarded amount of money. i work and can do this, but if i can get a good looking recast, i just don't care. i'm just gonna paint it and use it. i had someone offer me a great deal of cash for some of my tiny snots the other day...i love these figures. if gw won't make the figures availible, i say recast. just don 't lead people on about its vintage.

For those of you that care or know the place, it's funny that he changed his location from St Austell to Par (the next town over in that part of Cornwall). It's the third time he's changed his name since I started ebaying a year and a half ago.

Wow, not even a good recast. And note his address in now "Kernow", which is how the Cornish know Cornwall.

It's mildly annoying as I have a genuine Grim Ironjaw I'd be interested in selling, but idiots like this guy are clouding the market.

you lot do know this guy is not a recaster dont you?
he buy's and sells and was caught out buy another seller.
why dont you contact him instead of ebay, let him know it's the ogre that keeps getting him thrown off.

Look at the Grim Ironjaw (or many of the things he's listed) and tell me it's not a recast. The guy's stock looks really dodgy (and totally leaden, the colour's all wrong).

i dont think they are,except the 1st edition ogre's, which we know because of Wightlord's initial problem.
it looks like he is in this as a business so if he gets kicked off again he will just comeback under another name.
and if you look back at his feedback as leadgeek and mazes_and_monsters
you will see he has brought everything he is selling.
what sort of colour are we looking for?
all the figures available now are lead free so will look very shinny, older figures have that dull look to them,and if they have been paint stripped, chances are they will have been undercoated with black/white primer so the recesses will have paint staining.
all in all i will use him if he has something i want, and the less people bidding from here means i might get the item cheaper.
if it turns out to be a recast i will let him know and also post on here what figures to avoid.
