Well, drop the runner, change the assasin to MA7, keep his price the same, give him P access (or not.)
As it is, the Assassin sure isn't useless. Especially against blodgers and speed teams, but really against any unskilled team. If you keep him base to base with non-block players, he can really earn his money's worth. Give him Dodge and Side Step, and now he's fairly surviveable.
Shadowing is situational at best. But he's still a great piece to mark a gutter runner with... he gets the free stab next turn, and there is still a decent chance that the GR will not be able to get away. And with anyone stupid enough to leave a lone threat in the backfield... mark 'em with two assassins!
