Apologies guys but my initial enthusiasm blighted my brain! Still have a few headaches to sort and new job on horizion as well...but all that pales into insignificance, when I rather forgot its my girlfriends birthday on the Sunday. So I going to rather reluctantly pull out. Sorry for any last minute hassle.

food ordered today. If you sign up late or havent told me then we obviosuly can still feed you, they may just have run out of certain things by then.

meet at 10am. we can get in from then, though they may still be cleaning the room from previous night's booking.

Do we get a new printed roster each round, or adapt our own?

printed, after each game you will give your roster to pete (others will give theirs to me) and he will print you off a revised one for the next round

Follow up question - do we need to bring an original?

Nope. Bring an original if you want to or if you already printed a copy but we are planning to print everyone a new roster at the start of every round, including round 1.

The reason we are printing off fresh copies each round is that it almost completely eliminates the possibility of dispute or errors being carried over for more than one round.
