Also the first tournament rules pack said that Ogres, Vampires and Chaos were exempt from the 4 positional rule. Is this still the case for this tournament?
What a terrible TO! I never amended the pack, apologies and now done. I got caught up in all things AWM for a few weeks, now time to focus on this.

We're hoping for another bumper night, 20 coaches last time so it would be nice to get near that again or even see more in attendance.

Though I loved having an envious Blodge Side Stepping linerat at Deadly Sins (cheers, Pathfinder!), think I like this one more.

I'm just gonna smash all my tokens in game one!

Paid.

I've posted some stats on the FB page but for some reason I am having issues attaching pictures of them here.

Below are the combined racial stats from the first two BB7 competitions. For anyone coming thinking of what to take you can see how the various teams have gotten on. There are a fair number of teams yet to make their BB7 debut on a Thursday night, plenty of time though.

Bretonnians - 1 appearance (1W / 1D / 1L) Touchdowns 2/2 Casualties 3/1
Chaos Dwarfs - 1 appearance (1W / 1D / 1L) Touchdowns 4/2 Casualties 5/4
Chaos Renegades - 2 appearances (1W / 1D / 4L) Touchdowns 4/11 Casualties 5/2
Dark Elfs - 4 appearances (7W / 1D / 4L) Touchdowns 16/10 Casualties 14/9
Elf Union - 3 appearances (3W / 2D / 4L) Touchdowns 11/11 Casualties 5/10
Goblins - 3 appearances (2W / 1D / 6L) Touchdowns 7/17 Casualties 7/13
Halflings - 2 appearances (2W / 0D / 6L) Touchdowns 5/8 Casualties 5/8
High Elfs - 4 appearances (7W / 1D / 4L) Touchdowns 22/15 Casualties 7/13
Humans - 2 appearances (2W / 1D / 3L) Touchdowns 6/9 Casualties 12/8
Khorne - 1 appearance (2W / 0D / 1L) Touchdowns 3/2 Casualties 0/2
Norse - 3 appearances (7W / 0D / 2L) Touchdowns 10/3 Casualties 12/7
Ogres - 1 appearance (2W / 0D / 1L) Touchdowns 3/4 Casualties 3/11
Orcs - 4 appearances (3W / 3D / 6L) Touchdowns 6/10 Casualties 16/4
Skaven - 4 appearances (5W / 2D / 5L) Touchdowns 14/12 Casualties 14/15
Slann - 1 appearance (1W / 2D / 0L) Touchdowns 4/3 Casualties 2/7

We will also be running a BB7 series competition across the year. There will be trophies for the overall winner and whoever tops casualties and touchdowns. More on that another time though (although a current league table can be found on the FB event page).

If anyone is pondering attending then its a good fun, relaxed night.

One every 2 months of the year, so 6 in all if people remain interested. In 3 weeks time is number 3 and in terms of population I get the feeling we are still growing at the moment.

The BB7s series standings can be found on the FB page here . . . .

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =3&theater

For those of you without FB, the current top 3 are -
1. 15 points - Jip
2. 14 points - Canteloup, Cornish
3. 10 points - Porky, phlsmth, Rubick

With 4 more events (including Wounders) to come there is still plenty of time for anyone to gate crash the party.

Also - I don't have access to see who has bought tickets (most inconvenient) so if anyone not listed on page 1 has let me know. Assuming we get the same surge 2 weeks before the event as we did last time, then we're looking at around 20 or just over.

A little bump for this. About 10 days to go and we're around 16 players at the moment I believe. If we have a late surge like last time then we may get near 20 again.

More excitingly . . . . if the following coaches come and bring the same teams and win all 3 games, then any of the following could mathematically end the night ranked number 1 in the world at BB7s.

Porky (Dark Elfs) currently 4th in the world
phlsmth (Norse) currently 6th in the world
Canteloup (High Elfs) currently 8th in the world
Jip (Skaven) currently 15th in the world

I'm 16th... and the best Sevens player in Wales :D

Hoping to attend this, btw, assuming I can bully another Welsh player who can give me a lift back over the border!

Well in terms of lesser placings outside of the number 1 BB7's spot . . . . technically I am the 3rd highest stunty player in the world and the highest in Europe.

I must be amazing . . . . !!!!!!

Not really that impressive . . . but I'll take it.

That tactical move across the border is really paying off!

Trying to pitch a relocation to French speaking New Caledonia in an effort to improve my ranking, but it’s turning out to be a bit of a tough sell to the missus...
