We had 25 coaches pre-register early to get the 5 bonus raffle tickets. Some important pre-registration dates to keep in mind:

6/16 – 6/30 – 3 Bonus Tickets
7/1 – 7/31 – 2 Bonus Tickets
8/1 – 8/23 – 1 Bonus Ticket

8/23 is the last day to pre-register. Anyone else will have to register two weeks later at the door paying $15 more.

If you want to order a pitch (pic coming later this week or early next week, I've seen the first draft and it's awesome) you must pre-register by July 20th

If you want to join our Friday night group at Medieval Times, you must pre-register by Aug 15th

I'll be squeezing in by that deadline, only thing delaying me is the indecision of what team to play. I (think) I've narrowed it down to four...

I know you need funds for some items, like the FF pitch by a certain date, but can we add those items after pre-reg but before its deadline (such as after june 30 when I prereg, but before the july date you need to know by) ? And if so, how to add those items after already registered?

Regarding the custom pitch, for those who order one, will it be available to pick up at the beginning of the day-of and use during the tournament (so no need to bring a pitch if ordered one of these) ?
-thinking it'd be extra cool to get to play the chaos cup games on the chaos cup pitch, but not having been before, I figure better double check than just assume that's the way it works.

Thanks for checking. It will indeed be part of your check in process. So you'll get dice, coin...all of that, and if you ordered a pitch, you get that at that time too.
