I like to take inspiration from wherever it comes! ;)

Good to hear you're coming back, any idea what you may rustle up for Best Painted this year yet?

For anyone who doesn't know, the winner of last years Best Painted Award does the prize for this years, and G won last year. Now he's an AMAZING painter, so I'm willing to bet that the prize is going to be something EVERYONE is going to want!

Food - you don't need to work, just become a travelling geek! ;)

Good to hear Ben! Khemri are tier 4 for two reasons. One, I'd like a bit of racial diversity and dropping these to the bottom means they may be more likely to attend. Secondly, new Khemri are terrible and new Khermi with few/no skills are appauling. Yeah, day one they may be half decent with their double Blocking Mummies, but day two they are going to get bad quickly.

Thanks for the kind words Don! The best painted trophy is well under way. Really pleased with it so far!

Still waiting for my plinth to show up but it's my main priority at the moment and I'll get a pic up here as soon as it done.

Also, might actually have my Orc team finished for this year, maybe! But I'm not entering it into best painted obviously.

After 6 weeks and a few angry phone calls and emails the plinth for the trophy has arrived. Pain in the arse it's been.

Anyway..

Had it engraved this morning and it's getting decorated now. A lot of waiting for PVA to dry as of now, but should get a pic up very soon.

On an unrelated note..

Been beavering away on my team, here's how it stands now..

Just got to make 2 more linemen and paint them, and paint the Black Orc, in a month. Can I do it?? Hmmm... I hope so..

Easy stuff, sure you'll have them finished in no time.

On another note...

Starting to get a bit fidgety up here, so far we don't have double figures confirmed and I can count the paid entries on on hand! Anyone thinking of coming or is it going to be a bit of a poor show with just the Geordies overblocking each other in a pub? :D
