What is the done thing if using special play cards? Is it ok to use normal playing cards or do you need to get those specially made ones? I'm tempted to use some for the first time .

I used ordinary Playing Cards at ARBBL last year with no probs (apart from drawing rubbish cards :lol: )

If I see you (or Luke/Steve/Mike) before Saturday I have a deck of the proper ones if you want to borrow them.

I have a deck and they live in my bag along with dice etc, so if you havent got your own you can use mine.

As tournament organiser I'd have no issues with someone using normal playing cards, especially as that's how they're presented in the rulebook.
In fact, I'd have more issues with someone complaining about their use.
