OK I have booked no accomodation as of yet...really need to sort this out. Valen is there any room left at the inn for Friday/ Saturday?

okay due to problems at the old venue, I have moved too a new venue.

We will be playing outdoors in a very spacious and lovely garden. We will have a marque to shade us from the beating sun (we havent had any bad weather down here for 2 months

).

Unfortunatley with the new venue food will not be supplied on the Saturday (although a sandwich/chip shop run will be done for anyone requiring food). There will be Pasties available free of charge on the Sunday for those who want to sample one of the finest pasties in the world

.

The venues address is Gwills Cottage, Lane, newquay, TR8 4PE. For those of you staying at hendra campsite, this is better for you as it is withing walking distance. For those people who I have booked into the surf lodge, I can give a reliable taxi service or you can walk but it is about 40-50 minutes walk from you, sorry

But you ask what about the money i hae paid for the food on Saturday, well cant be helped but what i will do is throw in free beer, yes FREE

. All I need off the attendees is what is your tipple? Bitter, Lager, Cider, Vodka,,,,, So I can buy accordingly.

Saturday

09:30 - 10:00 Registration
10:00 - 12:00 Game 1
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch
13:00 - 15:00 Game 2
15:30 - 17:30 Game 3
17:30 - 18:30 Chillout
18:30 - BEER TIME IN NEWQUAY TOWN CENTRE

Sunday

10:00 - 12:00 Game 4
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch
13:00 - 15:00 Game 5
15:30 - 17:30 Game 6
18:00 - 18:30 Awards Cermony and goodbyes

After we finish on Sunday I will be around for a few more beers in town but I will have all the kids with me so it will either be a family pub or beer garden

drink lots of beer and fall over

Booked in at the lodge.....Now free beer.....If you are talking the good stuff Whisky.....no probably better sticking to Larger!
