There are still places free for Langden Bowl II on Saturday 23 March.

Each coach gets a bonus...
DAPH’S ‘SPECIAL’ BRIBE
Langden Bowl’s own pitchside reporter is a well know for getting up close andpersonal with players, coaches and officials. She always seems to get the big scoops and digs up the best dirt.
A timely name drop will most likely result in a ref going red in the face and suddenly seeing things your way. It will only work once as the officials will soon recall their extensive training and risk the worst of scandals leaking to enforce the integrity of thegame. However, they will still accept cold hard cash if you have other bribes.
Each player will receive a special ‘DAPH BRIBE’ to use in each match. This is in addition to the usual bribe allowance.

I really like these additional touches - tokens given to represent in tournament rules. Really nicely done!

Any possibility of squeezing in two more late entrants? If so, I will be able to purchase tickets and get rosters across today.
Thanks in anticipation

Re: Langden Bowl II - Saturday 23 March 2024 - Ipswich, Suffolk
Langden Bowl II went well yesterday. I certainly had fun. As the terrible person who included the limpin' squig ball rules it was a delight to hear the effects it had on some of the games.
Some players will have loved it, others might have loathed it, but I am pretty confident they all had a story to tell from the day, and that is what I hope people get out of our tournaments.
Thank you to everyone that attended.
Planning for Langden Bowl III is already underway for 29 June 2024 - You can even grab an early ticket here - https://www.langdengames.co.uk/shop/eve ... -29-06-24/
I am conjuring up something equally as silly as the squig ball, but my mind does tend to change like the weather.

Ken,
Thanks for a fun and well run tournament yesterday. The squig ball certainly introduced plenty of mayhem, and yes, I certainly loved it and loathed it at various points through the day!
Looking forward to the next one.
