We have been in touch with Firestorm and squeezed some extra space out of them.

Pretty new to Tourplay for tournaments stuff, I'm using in a league at the moment... When I put my team into Welsh Open will it be visible to everyone or just TO?

Just the TO. Normally on the day of the event prior to round 1, Lists are made visible to everyone.

The deadline for everyone to get their rosters and lists on Tourplay is 1st Jan so hopefully we can then make everything public then and the mind games can commence. It is possible to not hide that information prior to the event also, it's TO's choice
