The Heart of the Meta is a warm up tournament to UKTC VII on Sunday 09JAN2022

WHERE
The tournament will be 3 games held at The Bearded Card Trader (thebeardedcardtrader.com) in Tanfield, County Durham.

COST
Entry is £10 per coach and it is expected that all entrants are NAF members.
Payment to be made via paypal to warka.gbbl@gmail.com, please use the family and friends option to avoid fees and stating the tournament name and your NAF name.

SCHEDULE
10:00-10:15 - Registration
10:15-12:45 - Game 1
12:45-13:15 - Break
13:15-15:45 - Game 2
15:50-18:20 - Game 3
18:20-18:30 - Awards and Thanks

RULES
The tournament will be an individual event not teams.
Scoring will be:
Win 12pts
Draw 6pts
Lose 0pts
Forfeit -5pts

A Max of 3 Bonus points will be awarded each round if your team achieves any of the following (1 point per category):
-Keeps a clean sheet (ie concedes 0 TDs)
-Scores 2 or more TDs than the opposition.
-Has a combined TDs and Cas > 5.

Tiebreakers will be:
1) sum of opponents scores.
2) combined TD and Cas.

Roster building is the same as https://www.bbuktc.com/rules/ "Roster Building and Upgrades" subsection with the following exceptions:

Underworld move to Tier TWO
Vampire move to Tier FIVE
Khorne move to Tier THREE

Fingers crossed, if we can go ahead within legal rulings then we will. Good news is anyone not in a position to make the tournament will be able to have a full refund due to the terms I arranged with the venue.
