I'm pretty sure that form is if you want to order EXTRA stuff beyond what you originally pledged. Otherwise, the selections are for pledges like "2 Blitzers or 2 Catchers" where you have to pick what figures you want.
All you should have to pick is which staff you want. At least that's how I did it ...

The Ref and Kicker are not missing... They were never part of the Staff section on the campaign and were separate perks you can find them on the Extra Perks page. They are also both FREE to all Team deals.
PLEASE REMEMBER GUYS... The 'Perk Options' page is for filling out the specifics of any perks you have ALREADY ordered and the 'Extra Perks' page if for filling anything you with to add to your order and pay extra for NOW.
ALSO NOTE: If your order is extras for a 5 x team league deal PLEASE PUT THE NAME OF THE PERSON WE ARE SHIPPING IT TO IN THE APPROPRIATE BOX.

So, taking you have a team deal and the markers, it means you just have to fill in your personal data, like name and adress, and send it back, so J_Bone knows you're done ordering and he doesn't have to wait for your reply.

Those new blitzers look really good and Buzz makes me think of a super crazy Mr. Toad with those goggles he's wearing. Which makes it even more funny when I think of him running around the pitch shouting Poop! Poop! hahaha (or maybe he's shouting poop poop cos his chainsaw has run out of gas!)

On double and triple checking it looks like I have only sent my pledge to J_Bone as after clicking Reply it simply reads in the 'To:' box the name Johnny Bull, not a long list of others
when doing the purchasing group some changes came up i wanted to swap some bits over please i wanted to drop 2 mascots and i sent a 1 euro pledge so it would cover the cost of a set of 2xlinemen is there a specific way to note this?

Yes, apologies for not using BCC when sending the emails. My mistake. We have only had one REPLY ALL as far as I can see and he was just doing it to prove a point.
If you are thinking of forming an email to give me shit about it, rest assured... People have beaten you to it.
I get all the add-ons and extras, but can I assume that you know what (if any) team deal we picked? I do not see where can verify our team deal. Mine was the Full team (16)

As mentioned above, you do NOT need to confirm with me what you have already ordered (unless you REALLY want to). I have that information.

During the campaign, I pledged for a Full Team and Referee perks. But the Referee got added to the Full Team pledge. Can I swap my referee perk to a Staff member perk ? If so, how ?
