The timing of it was especially unfortunate but don't worry. The frogs won't be too heavily effected. It will unfortunately make the rest of the sculpting quite a bit more expensive than it was but it can't be helped.

Keep calm and carry on making frogs.

If - in the end - extra funding is needed in order for you to break even, then that might be worth asking. That, of course, needs trust from the backers, but having met you at Dungeonbowl, I would spend extra money to help realize this project. You had the hassle of putting it all together, so it seems just fair for you not having a loss from it.
